In case you were thinking of going to this evil store for Thanksgiving bargains, you may see one of these creatures behind you in line......
I am actually conflicted about sending these awful pictures out because we don't know how the images were taken, are they Halloween costumes etc etc, and you could also say it's part of the way factions in this country are belittling the poor, and by passing these on I am part of this process. But then there's this - WalMart is the largest employer in the country, and by opening on Thanksgiving they are forcing a million employees to work this holiday so Walmart customers [not you of course] get their Chinese junk a little cheaper.
One of the roughly 1 million Walmart workers who will be on duty Thursday explained to HuffPost why she's careful to wear an extra shirt beneath her Walmart uniform:
I have worked the Thanksgiving madness before and let me tell you it is scary. People will start showing up and camping out in the aisles four hours or more before the sales start. They get aggressive and in your face… Most of us wear another shirt under our Walmart shirt so we can take off our Walmart shirt when our shift is over. Otherwise, we will never get out of the store in one piece.
So I am looking at it this way - if sending out these pictures [of WalMart customers] can dissuade just one person from going to give the most exploitative corporation in the world one dollar in profit, then it's worth it......
